To provide a more convenient and transparent shopping experience, we are currently upgrading our domestic delivery system on the website. As part of this upgrade, J&T and Ahamove are being added to the system to better support customers in Vietnam.
At the moment, the J&T and Ahamove delivery features are still under development and technical testing. Therefore, these two delivery options are not officially available on the website yet.
During this period, customers can continue placing orders through the current process. Delivery fees and delivery methods will still be confirmed through the existing arrangement.
Once the system is ready, customers in Vietnam will be able to:
J&T will be suitable for standard domestic delivery, especially for inter-provincial orders or deliveries to many areas across Vietnam.
Ahamove will be more suitable for faster local delivery in supported areas, especially in Ho Chi Minh city.
