Product Warranty Policy

General requirements

Please provide your full name and phone number when requesting warranty service so we can record and process your request quickly. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase to facilitate verification.

Bracelets

• No returns for bracelets that have been purchased and used.
• Free strap replacement is provided.
• Bead repair or replacement for lost, cracked, or broken beads during normal use is available for a fee, which depends on bead type and repair complexity.
• All warranty requests are inspected before work begins; we will inform you of any applicable timeframes and charges.

Agarwood incense products

• We offer exchange for another product without additional product charges.
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs when exchanging items.

Trays and incense burners

• No exchanges or returns for items that have been used.
• Products are eligible for exchange only if they have a manufacturing defect and have not been used.

Electric burners

• If an electric burner is damaged before delivery, we will provide a replacement.
• For damage occurring during normal use, we will repair where possible.
• For complex repairs or parts replacement, a service fee will apply; the fee will be communicated before any work proceeds.
